Delete Your PadelProMania Account

If you'd like to delete your PadelProMania account and associated data, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to padelpromania@manred.com.do or a WhatsApp message to +1 (849) 207-1177 from the account you'd like deleted, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Please include:

The name and email address registered on your account
The league(s) you're a member of, if known

We will confirm your identity and process deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your player profile (name, contact information, tier/ranking data)
Your match history and personal statistics
Your account credentials

What may be retained

To preserve the integrity of league standings and historical match records for other players, some anonymized or aggregated match data (such as final scores between other players) may be retained even after your personal profile is deleted. No personally identifiable information about you will remain linked to this data after deletion.

Financial/transaction records, if any exist for your account, may be retained as required by applicable law for accounting purposes.
