Information we collect

To operate a league management app, we collect the following information:

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number, provided by you or your league administrator when you're added as a player.
• Match and league activity: scores you enter or confirm, points and ranking history, session attendance, and related league statistics.
• Communications: messages you send through the App's notification or dispute features.
• Device information: a push notification token, if you enable notifications, so we can send you session and match updates.

We do not collect payment card details, precise location data, or browsing history from other apps or websites.

How we use your information

• To create and maintain your player profile and league ranking
• To calculate match results, points, and statistics
• To send you notifications about sessions, court assignments, and match results
• To let league administrators manage rosters, sessions, and results
• To generate short, automated summaries of match results (see "Third-party services" below)
• To respond to support requests and resolve score disputes

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — our database, authentication, and backend hosting provider. Your account and league data are stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — used to generate short, automated narrative summaries ("key insights") of confirmed match results. Match scores and player names involved in that specific match are sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose only.
• WhatsApp — league administrators may use WhatsApp to send you session reminders or invitations. This happens through your own device's WhatsApp app, not through data stored by us on WhatsApp's platform.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Your name, ranking, and match history are visible to other players and administrators within your own league, since that visibility is the core function of a league ranking app. We do not share your data across unrelated leagues, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Data retention

We retain your account and match data for as long as your league remains active, or until you or your league administrator requests deletion. Historical match records may be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form for league statistics even after an individual account is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us, or your league administrator, at any time to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information (such as your name, email, or phone number)
• Delete your account and associated personal information
• Opt out of push notifications, from within the App's settings

Children's privacy

PadelProMania is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We use industry-standard practices, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
